33-3728. organ donation notification. (1) An institution of higher education that receives funding from the state shall notify all students by electronic message of the option to register as an organ donor. The notice shall include instructions for how to register as an organ donor. (2) The notice required by subsection (1) of this section shall be delivered at least twice each academic year.
