CERTAIN ACTS PROHIBITED

54-5616. CERTAIN ACTS PROHIBITED. It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to engage in any of the following acts: (1) To practice genetic counseling or to represent himself to be a licensed genetic counselor as defined in this chapter without having at the time of so doing, a valid license issued under this chapter; or (2) To use in connection with his name or place of business, the title genetic counselor or any words indicating or implying that the person holds a genetic counselor license unless he is licensed in accordance with this chapter.
