18-925. aggravated sexual battery. (1) Aggravated sexual battery is sexual battery as defined in section 18-924, Idaho Code, when the forbidden contact occurs under the circumstances described in section 18-907, Idaho Code. (2) Aggravated sexual battery is a felony and shall be punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for a period not to exceed twenty (20) years.
