67-9419. NONPUBLIC school high school diploma equivalency. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, in determining qualifications for licensure, a licensing authority shall regard a person who is eighteen (18) years of age or older and who has earned a high school diploma from a nonpublic school as possessing the equivalent of: (1) Graduation from an accredited high school; (2) A high school diploma; or (3) A GED.
