30-21-101. SHORT TITLES. (a) This act may be cited as the "Idaho Uniform Business Organizations Code." (b) This chapter may be cited as the "Idaho Uniform Business Organizations Code -- Preliminary Provisions." (c) Part 4 of this chapter may be cited as the "Idaho Registered Agent of Entity Act."
