56-1202. IDAHO STATE INDEPENDENT LIVING COUNCIL -- POWERS. The council shall: (1) Be independent of any state agency; (2) Adopt bylaws and policies governing its operation; (3) Provide to the council's employees the employee benefit package offered to state of Idaho employees; and (4) Meet at least quarterly.
