Creates the Bereavement Care for All Act. Directs the Department of Public Health to develop a statewide Bereavement Care Strategic Plan and a centralized Bereavement Care Resource and Navigation Hub. Directs State-funded professional licensing boards to evaluate integration of grief-informed training and education into continuing education requirements. Directs the Department of Public Health to develop screening tools in schools and healthcare settings to identify bereaved children and adults and connect them with appropriate resources. Requires the Department of Public Health to improve data collection regarding bereavement prevalence and disparities and submit a report to the Governor and the General Assembly. FARMER TAX BENEFIT ACT
Creates the Farmer Tax Benefit Act. Provides that, for taxable years ending on or after December 31, 2027, landowners may apply to the Department for an income tax credit in an amount equal to either (i) 100% of the fair market value of a qualified donation of a land protection agreement or (ii) 50% of the fair market value of the qualified donation of a fee simple interest or a remainder interest in qualified real property. Specifies that the total aggregate amount of tax credits issued under the Act in any State fiscal year shall not exceed $7,500,000. Further provides that the amount of the credit that may be claimed by a landowner for any single qualified donation shall not exceed $500,000. Contains additional provisions concerning allocation of the credit by the Department of Natural Resources and other powers of the Department of Natural Resources, allowable credit use, the Illinois Land Protection Tax Credit, legislative findings, and other related matters. Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Makes conforming changes. Effective immediately.

CRIM PRO-REVOC PRETRIAL RELEAS
Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that when a defendant has previously been granted pretrial release for a felony or Class A misdemeanor and has been placed on electronic monitoring as a condition of release, that pretrial release shall be revoked upon a finding of probable cause that the defendant has committed a felony that is alleged to have occurred during the defendant's pretrial release after a hearing on the court's own motion or upon the filing of a verified petition by the State. Provides that pretrial detention shall continue pending resolution of the defendant's charges. Provides that the language that states at each subsequent appearance of the defendant before the court, the judge must find that continued detention is necessary to reasonably ensure the appearance of the defendant for later hearings or to prevent the defendant from being charged with a subsequent felony or Class A misdemeanor does not apply to a defendant whose pretrial release has been revoked pursuant to the new provision.

Amends the Illinois TRUST Act. Specifies that provisions of the Act that prohibit the enforcement of federal civil immigration laws by State law enforcement agencies and officials do not apply if the State law enforcement agency or official is presented with a valid, enforceable federal warrant. Specifies that nothing in those provisions prohibits communication between federal agencies or officials and law enforcement agencies or officials. REAL HOUSING ACT
Specifies that the amendatory Act may be referred to as the Reducing Expenses and Advancing Local (REAL) Housing Act. Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Creates the Middle Housing Incentive Program. Amends the Department of Labor Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Authorizes the Department to establish workforce development initiatives. Authorizes by-right overlay districts for middle housing and other housing-related innovations. Amends the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act. Makes changes to the definition of "redevelopment costs." Amends the Use Tax Act, the Services Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Changes the rate of tax on qualified residential development building materials to 1.25% (rather than 6.25%). Amends the Property Tax Code. Makes changes concerning the distribution of moneys collected from the Real Estate Transfer Tax. Amends the Prevailing Wage Act. Modifies the definition of "public works". Amends the Illinois Housing Development Act. Establishes grant-making and reporting requirements for the Illinois Housing Development Authority. Amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000. Limits commissions charged in residential real estate transactions. Amends the Security Deposit Return Act, the Security Deposit Interest Act, and the Landlord and Tenant Act. Makes changes regarding screening reports of prospective tenants and upfront rental costs of residential units.
