(235 ILCS 5/1-3.42) Sec. 1-3.42. Class 2 brewer. "Class 2 brewer" means a person who is a holder of a brewer license or non-resident dealer license who manufactures up to 3,720,000 gallons of beer per year for sale to a licensed importing distributor or distributor.
