Sec. 1.5b.
The limitation prescribed in Section 1 of this Act shall not apply to any indebtedness of any fire protection district to acquire, establish, maintain and operate fire stations, including the acquisition of a site or sites therefor, facilities, vehicles, apparatus and equipment for fire protection purposes.
