Disclosure exemption

(110 ILCS 190/40)     Sec. 40. Disclosure exemption. Information written, produced, collected, assembled, or otherwise maintained by a postsecondary educational institution that includes, reveals, or otherwise relates to the terms of an existing or proposed student-athlete publicity rights agreement is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
