Sec. 10. Exclusions. This Act does not apply to the following:
(a) Investigations conducted by and penalties imposed by a collegiate athletic association that relate solely to academic qualifications.
(b) Investigations conducted solely by the institution of higher education or by the institution's association representative. (Source: P.A. 87-462.)
