(110 ILCS 992/7-20) Sec. 7-20. Limits on duration of EISAs. (a) The EISA maximum number of payments shall not exceed 180 monthly payments. (b) The EISA duration shall not exceed 240 months, excluding any months in which a consumer has requested and received a payment relief pause.
