(105 ILCS 5/11E-125) Sec. 11E-125. Districts not penalized for nonrecognition. Any school district included in a petition for reorganization as authorized under this Article shall not suffer loss of State aid as a result of being placed on nonrecognition status if the district continues to operate and the petition is granted.
