(15 ILCS 320/10) (from Ch. 128, par. 110)     Sec. 10. Users of the State Library. Library services, including electronic resources to the fullest extent possible, shall be supplied to: State officers and officials; members of the General Assembly and staff; State agency employees; patrons of libraries with whom consortial agreements have been established; and the general public.
