(105 ILCS 5/15A-30) Sec. 15A-30. Small projects. In any case in which the total overall cost of the project is estimated to be $12,000,000 or less, the school district may combine the 2-phase procedure for selection described in Section 15A-25 into one combined step if all the requirements of evaluation are performed in accordance with Section 15A-25.
