Sec. 2-2-1.1.
As used in this Division 2, "immobile dwelling" means any dwelling place except a tent, camp trailer, house car or house trailer whether or not such tent, camp trailer, house car or house trailer is placed on a foundation or otherwise permanently affixed to the realty.
