(210 ILCS 45/2-215) Sec. 2-215. Conflicts with the Department of Veterans Affairs Act. If there is a conflict between the provisions of this Act and the provisions of the Department of Veterans Affairs Act concerning an Illinois Veterans Home not operated by the Department of Veterans Affairs, then the provisions of this Act shall apply.
