Local government portal

(20 ILCS 2705/2705-627)     Sec. 2705-627. Local government portal. The Department shall establish an online portal that allows units of local government to submit forms electronically to the Department. The online portal shall provide a tracking feature for the submission as well as a point of contact at the Department. (Source: P.A. 104-409, eff. 1-1-26.)
