(20 ILCS 3005/2.11) Sec. 2.11. Stop payment orders. Upon a request for a stop payment order from a State grant-making agency for a recipient or subrecipient, the Office of the Comptroller shall notify the Grant Accountability and Transparency Unit within 30 days of the request.
