(20 ILCS 5/5-123) Sec. 5-123. In the Department of Early Childhood. Two Assistant Secretaries of Early Childhood. Their initial terms shall run from the date of appointment until January 18, 2027, and until their successors have been appointed and have qualified. Thereafter, their terms shall be as provided in Section 5-610 of this Law.
