(20 ILCS 5/5-348) (This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date) Sec. 5-348. In the Department of Disability Advocacy and Guardianship. For terms beginning on or after July 1, 2027, the Director of Disability Advocacy and Guardianship shall receive an annual salary of $197,000 or as set by the Governor, whichever is higher. On each July 1 thereafter, the Director shall receive an increase in salary based on a cost-of-living adjustment as authorized by Senate Joint Resolution 192 of the 86th General Assembly.
