(20 ILCS 840/3.9) (This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date) Sec. 3.9. Senator Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge at Kickapoo State Recreation Area. The railroad trestle bridge that is part of the Kickapoo Rail Trail and that is located at the Kickapoo State Recreation Area in Vermilion County shall be known as the Senator Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge. Subject to appropriation, appropriate plaques may be erected by the Department of Natural Resources in recognition of the Senator Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge.
