(210 ILCS 45/3-202.2c) (This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a delayed effective date) Sec. 3-202.2c. Suicide prevention information. A nursing facility that is subject to this Act shall place contact information for the 9-8-8 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline in the facility in a prominent location that is visible to and accessible by residents and staff of the facility.
