(215 ILCS 5/1810) Sec. 1810. Applicability. This Article applies to every company licensed in Illinois under Classes 1, 2, or 3 of Section 4 of this Code and every dental service plan corporation, health maintenance organization, or limited health service organization licensed in Illinois when such company, corporation, or organization writes $100,000,000 or more annually in direct premiums nationwide. This threshold may be altered by rule.
