Sec. 22.14.
No material or tools shall be transported in the same car with men on any man-trip, except tools may be transported in suitable enclosed and secured tool compartments located outside the man-trip and all persons shall ride inside of man-trip cars, except the motorman or trip rider or person in charge of man-trip.
