Lunches in early care and education homes

(225 ILCS 10/5.3)     Sec. 5.3. Lunches in early care and education homes. In order to increase the affordability and availability of early care and education care, an early care and education home licensed under this Act may allow any child it receives to bring the child's lunch for consumption instead of or in addition to the lunch provided by the early care and education home.
