Surrender of license

(225 ILCS 105/17.8)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)     Sec. 17.8. Surrender of license. Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the licensee's license to the Department. If the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license. (Source: P.A. 104-796, eff. 8-7-26.)
