Powers and duties of the Board

(225 ILCS 105/2.5)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)     Sec. 2.5. Powers and duties of the Board.     (a) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall exercise the following functions, powers, and duties:         (1) The Board shall hold at least one meeting each     year.        (2) The Board shall elect a chairperson and a vice     chairperson.    (b) The Department may, at any time, seek the expert advice and knowledge of the Board on any matter relating to the enforcement of this Act.
