Fees

(225 ILCS 105/23) (from Ch. 111, par. 5023)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)     Sec. 23. Fees.     (a) The fees for the administration and enforcement of this Act, including, but not limited to, original licensure, renewal, and restoration shall be set by rule. The fees shall not be refundable. All of the fees, taxes, and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund.     (b) (Blank).
