Restoration

(225 ILCS 109/135)     Sec. 135. Restoration. At any time after the suspension or revocation of a license, the Department may restore the license to the accused person, upon the filing of an application, the filing of proof of fitness acceptable to the Department, and the payment of the required restoration fee, unless after an investigation and a hearing the Department determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
