Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

(225 ILCS 316/120)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)     Sec. 120. Order or certified copy; prima facie proof. An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that:         (1) the signature is the genuine signature of the     Secretary; and        (2) the Secretary is appointed and qualified.
