Surrender of registration

(225 ILCS 316/130)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)     Sec. 130. Surrender of registration. Upon the revocation or suspension of any registration, the registrant shall immediately surrender his or her certificate of registration to the Department. If the registrant fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the certificate of registration. (Source: P.A. 102-284, eff. 8-6-21.)
