Cease and desist orders

The Department may issue a cease and desist order to a person who engages in activities prohibited by this Act. Any person in violation of a cease and desist order issued by the Department is subject to all of the penalties provided by law. (Source: P.A. 103-236, eff. 1-1-24.)
