Secretary; rehearing

(225 ILCS 459/105)     Sec. 105. Secretary; rehearing. Whenever the Secretary believes that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue, restore, or renew a registration, or other discipline of an applicant or registrant, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or other hearing officers.
