Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

(225 ILCS 5/25) (from Ch. 111, par. 7625)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)     Sec. 25. Order or certified copy; prima facie proof. An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof:         (a) That such signature is the genuine signature of     the Secretary;        (b) That such Secretary is duly appointed and     qualified;        (c) (Blank).
