Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

(225 ILCS 57/130)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)     Sec. 130. Order or certified copy; prima facie proof. An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that:         (1) the signature is the genuine signature of the     Secretary;         (2) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and         (3) the Board and the members of the Board are     qualified to act.(Source: P.A. 97-514, eff. 8-23-11.)
