Withdrawal of application

(225 ILCS 60/9.3)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2032)     Sec. 9.3. Withdrawal of application. Any applicant applying for a license or permit under this Act may withdraw the applicant's application at any time. If an applicant withdraws the applicant's application after receipt of a written Notice of Intent to Deny License or Permit, then the withdrawal shall be reported to the Federation of State Medical Boards.
