Order or certified copy; prima facie proof

(225 ILCS 90/26) (from Ch. 111, par. 4276)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)     Sec. 26. Order or certified copy; prima facie proof. An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary or Director, shall be prima facie proof that:         (a) the signature is the genuine signature of the     Secretary or Director, respectively;        (b) the Secretary or Director, respectively, is duly     appointed and qualified; and        (c) the Board and the members thereof are qualified     to act.(Source: P.A. 104-154, eff. 1-1-26.)
