Partial invalidity

(225 ILCS 90/33) (from Ch. 111, par. 4283)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031)     Sec. 33. Partial invalidity. If any portion of this Act is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other part of this Act which can be given effect without the invalid portion. (Source: P.A. 84-595.)
