(20 ILCS 2310/2310-306) Sec. 2310-306. Telemedicine brochure. The Department of Public Health, subject to appropriation, shall develop, publish, and disseminate a brochure to educate the general public on the use and availability in Illinois of telemedicine and the advantages of telemedicine in providing access to medical care in rural areas and in medically underserved areas.
