Sec. 2705-105.
Bridge and ferry operation; transfer from Department of Public Works and Buildings. The Department has the power to exercise, administer, and enforce the rights, powers, and duties vested in the Department of Public Works and Buildings by any law relating to the operation of bridges and ferries.
