Sec. 2p. Additional 13th circuit resident judge; Grundy County. In addition to the number of circuit judges otherwise authorized by this Act, there shall be one additional circuit judge in the
13th circuit who shall be a resident of and elected from Grundy County. The judgeship shall be filled by appointment until it is filled by election at the general election in November of 2010.
