The Scott's Law Fund

(30 ILCS 105/5.905)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)     Sec. 5.905. The Scott's Law Fund. This Fund is dissolved upon the transfer of the remaining balance from the Scott's Law Fund to the State Police Operations Assistance Fund as provided under subsection (m) of Section 6z-82 of the State Finance Act.
