The State Police Firearm Enforcement Fund

(30 ILCS 105/5.963)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)     Sec. 5.963. The State Police Firearm Enforcement Fund. This Fund is dissolved upon the transfer of the remaining balance from the State Police Firearm Enforcement Fund to the State Police Firearm Services Fund as provided under subsection (a-10) of Section 2605-595 of the Illinois State Police Law.
