The Drug Traffic Prevention Fund

(30 ILCS 105/5.99) (from Ch. 127, par. 141.99)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)     Sec. 5.99. The Drug Traffic Prevention Fund. This Fund is dissolved upon the transfer of the remaining balance from the Drug Traffic Prevention Fund to the State Police Operations Assistance Fund as provided under subsection (i) of Section 6z-82 of the State Finance Act.
