Capital Development Board consultation

(30 ILCS 538/1-70)     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)     Sec. 1-70. Capital Development Board consultation. The Capital Development Board shall consult with the applicable chief procurement office to determine which procedures to adopt and apply to the progressive design-build project delivery method in order to ensure an open, transparent, and efficient process that accomplishes the purposes of this Act.
