Distressed Hospital Loan Program

Distressed Hospital Loan Program. The Distressed Hospital Loan Program is created. The purpose of the Program is to provide, subject to appropriation and the availability of funds, interest-free cash flow loans to public, not-for-profit, and for-profit hospitals in significant financial distress to prevent the closure of or to facilitate the reopening of those hospitals.
