(410 ILCS 513/31.6) Sec. 31.6. Other disclosures. Nothing in this Act shall be construed (1) to limit the use of an HIE to facilitate disclosures permitted by this Act or (2) to allow for the disclosure of information from a patient's record to law enforcement or for law enforcement purposes.
