Sec. 32c.
The term waterworks as used in this Act means and includes a water works system or water supply system in its entirety and any integral part thereof, including mains, hydrants, meters, valves, stand pipes, storage tanks, pump tanks, intakes, wells, impounding reservoirs and purification plants.
