(405 ILCS 30/4.7) Sec. 4.7. Children's Healthcare Partnership Pilot Program. The Department of Human Services shall participate in the Children's Healthcare Partnership Pilot Program established under Section 12-4.37 of the Illinois Public Aid Code and may fund the provision of community services under this Act in Sangamon County through participation in that pilot program.
